Battle Of Bushy Run Pennsylvania

You have looked all over for old out of print USGS topo maps. They are hard to find even in
printed format. Some larger libraries have copies, but digital scans are harder to find,
until now. This CDROM contains 1:62,500 (15 minute) scale topographic maps of OHIO.

They date from the late 1890's to the 1960's. These maps had to be scanned in pieces and then stitched back together.

Because of this, some maps may have slightly blurred seams. These maps show long gone roads, towns
and other geographic feature points. These maps are a must for historical and genealogical research.

Use them for research in surveying, mining, forestry and farming
Use them in genealogy to find where your family lived.
Relive history by mapping a historical Civil War battle.

Most are brown and white, although some show green ground cover.
The 15-minute map series at a scale of 1:62,500 (1 inch = approximately 1 mile) has been abandoned by the USGS.

The maps are in the .JPG file format. You can view and print them with any software that can open
graphic image files. Some include Paint Shop Pro and the Image viewer in Windows.
You can cut and paste the maps in WORD and other programs.
They average around 4 MB in size, small enough for most computers to open easily.
No viewing software is on the CD, as the .JPG file format is very common.

At this price everyone can afford to have their own collection of old out of print topo maps.
Or you can search the flea markets, Ebay, the libraries and then scan them in pieces.
Many town and areas are covered by these maps.
