Account Manager Instructions.
This page provides instructions on how to use the account manager to change logins and passwords.
An explanation of our Accounts
 Our previous systems were setup to have two kinds of accounts.  One was a username and password to get connected to the Internet ( a.k.a. a "dialup" account). The other was a username and password to access email (a.k.a. an "email" account).  For most of our customers the usernames and passwords for both accounts were the same.  
 Our new system operates with three types of accounts.  The first account is called the Primary Account.  This username and password is used to access the Account Manager.  The Primary Account uses the Account Manager to  control the usernames and passwords of the dailup accounts and the email accounts. Most customers will probably setup the Primary account, the dialup account, and their email account to have the same username and password, but this is not required.  If you find you've forgotten any of you usernames or passwords you can contact Customer Support (888-594-8324) for assistance.

Enter your primary account name or email address and  your password and click the "Sign In" button.

This screen allows you to update your customer information. You can change your primary account login information by clicking the "Change Login" icon in the upper right corner.   Account Information Screen
This is the screen that allows you to change the username and password used to access the Account Manager.
Clicking "Save Changes" keeps any changes made and closes this screen.
Please record the changes you make, since you will need that information to login to the Account Manager next time.

To change your dialup username or password, or change your email account(s) usernames and passwords click on the "Packages" tab at the top of the window. The Account Management system will display the service "packages" to which you are subscribed.  To make changes to the services click on one of the subscribed packages.   Packages selection screen
Clicking on the "Dialup" package shows the services connected to the package.  In the case of a Dialup package there is one dialup account, 6 email addresses, and 5 aliases available.  Click on a service to see the account details for that service.
Clicking on the "Dialup" service in the middle window shows the username and password for the dialup connection.  The service username or password can be changed, or the service can be canceled or activated in the window on the right.
Clicking an email account in the middle window will show the email address and its password in the right window.   To change the email account click the "Edit" button in the right window.
After clicking the "Edit" button on the screen shown above you will be able to change the email address and/or its password in the right window.  Click the "Save" button to keep any changes you make.
Click "Logout" in the bottom right corner of the screen to leave the Account Manager.
 
Important Note:  The "Statements" and "Pay Now" functions seen in the Account Manager are not yet operational.  Disregard anything shown in those sections until further notice.
